The aim of our project is to develop transversal skills our NEET participants, on the one hand, in order to increase their possibility to be more suitable for labor markets and defeat unemployment problem and ,on the other hand, empower them to get back to active social life and get rid of life experiences of youth marginalization or exclusion .

Accordingly, our project has the objectives:

-To increase participants’ knowledge of Erasmus+ Programme and its Key Actions.

-To develop NEET youth's transversal skills

-To equip participants with Leadership and Team Management competences and methods.

-To equip youth with interpersonal skills: Receptiveness to Feedback, Relationship Management, Work Ethic, Collaboration, Body Language and

-To make them more self- confident and team-workers by involving them into international groups and fulfilling practical tasks on the project

-To improve soft and communication skills for better cooperation and negotiation. -To equip youth by technical skills which help them to work more efficiently

- To encourage them to be actively involved in Erasmus + programme.
